Vodafone Live to Learn

To create a culture of learning and growth, Vodafone wanted to encourage employees to embrace their own learning opportunities and think differently about when, where and how they learn.

Working with our strategy, psychology and creative teams, we created a ‘Live to Learn’ brand which we rolled out across roadshows, animations and collateral, as well as a learning style quiz to give employees insight into how they learn best. 

Making learning quick, easy and accessible was key, so we developed a content series showing people learning in different ways – on the bus from their phone, listening to a podcast in the gym, reading a book on their break. 

The campaign gained momentum, with posters, web banners and dynamic digital screens encouraging colleagues to ‘self-learn’ while VIP Talks, provided an opportunity to hear from a range of inspirational speakers on different aspects of their careers.
